Monrose-Sängerin Bahar: „Vergiss niemals deine Wurzeln!“

München, den 2. Oktober 2007. Fragestunde bei POPSTARS. Mandy, Senna und Bahar, die Gewinnerinnen der vergangenen POPSTARS-Staffel, besuchen die verbliebenen Kandidaten in Berlin. Monrose - Platz 1 der Single Charts

Seit nunmehr fast einem Jahr existiert die Casting-Band “Monrose” bestehend aus den 3 Sigerinnen Mandy, Senna und Bahar. Kaum eine Siegergruppe von Popstars hatte nach ihrem Debut einen weiteren Nummer 1 Hit. Dies ist Monrose mit ihrem Hit “Hot Summer” gelungen.

Seit heute ist es Gewissheit. Die Single steigt ab kommendem Montag (23. Juli 2007)  auf den Ersten Platz der deutschen Single Charts und verdrängen Mark Medlock  (Sieger von “Deuschland sucht den Superstar 2007“)
mit seinem Hit “You can get it” von Platz 1!

Die Siegergruppe der letzten Staffel “Monrose” haben das Cover für ihren Sommerhit “Hot Summer” vorgestellt. Passend zum Hit zeigt es die drei Girls Mandy, Senna und Bahar verschwitzt und nackt auf dem Cover. Wann der Hit endgültig in die Läden kommt steht noch nicht fest, aber wir gehen fest davon aus, dass mit steigenden Temperaturen auch die Nachfrage kommen wird. Wir halten euch auf dem Laufenden.

Popstars rufen Jugendschutz auf den Plan

Die Bandzusammenstellung ruft erste Ordnungsh�ter auf den Plan. Bereits im Vorjahr kam es bei einem Clubbesuch der Band “Tokio Hotel” zu Eklat, als Bandmitglieder der noch nicht Vollj�hrigen Band mit harten Alkoholika erwischt wurden. Schon damals wurden kontroverse Diskussionen gef�hrt, ob im Jugendschutz mit zweierlei Ma� gemessen wird. So k�nnen Auszubildende keine Nachtschichten oder Wochenendschichten leisten, aber die allseits begehrten Popstars legen einen Auftritt nach dem anderen auf die B�hnen.

Jetzt sorgt die Bandzusammenstellung f�r neuen Diskussionsstoff. W�hrend Senna (26) und Bahar (18) problemlos die Nacht zum Tag machen k�nnen, gibt es Kritiken an dem Bandk�cken Mandy (16).

Bleibt abzuwarten, welche Konsequenzen dies auf die Karieren hat - am Beispiel Tokio Hotel kann man jedenfalls sagen, dass jegliche Presse hilft um im Gespr�ch zu bleiben.

Monrose schafft Chart-Hattrick

Seit 14:41 ist es amtlich: Media Control verk�ndet das, was die meisten schon ahnten und hofften. Monrose schafft den Traum Einstige in die Charts von Null auf Platz 1. “Shame” verkaufte sich �fter als die meisten nachfolgenden Platten zusammen. Den Hattrick erreichten sie durch Platz 1 der Download Charts sowie der Klingeltoncharts woe sie ebenfalls die Top Position erreichten.

Der Einstieg des Albumg wird ebenfalls mit 0 auf 1 erwartet. Dieser steht jedoch erst in einer Woche zur Diskussion.

“Temptation” - Top oder Flop

16 Uhr - Feierabend - Paket aufrei�en - CD auspacken, einlegen und genie�en.

Liest man quer durch die Webseiten, Foren und Blogs so erkennt man sehr deutlich, dass die Mischung der Tracks des aktuelle Album “Temptation” den Zahn der Zeit und damit auch die Erwartungen zum gr��ten Teil trifft.

Nur wenige kritische Stimmen bem�ngeln, dass zu wenig gef�hlvolle St�cke vom Kaliber “Shame” zu h�ren sind. Erfolgsproduzent Dieter Falk erstellte eine Playlist, die die verschiedensten Geschm�cker zum Zug kommen l�sst. So ist nat�rlich mit “Shame” ein Chartgarant enthalten und ansonsten eine harmonische Mischung aus bequemem Radio Pop und RnB.
Kurz und gut kommen doch Erinnerungen an die Zeit der No Angels auf.
